Please allow 48 business hours of processing time from when your order is placed to the time it is shipped.
Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow us 72 business hours of processing time. (excludes weekends & holidays)

Orders in the amount of $250 and up are shipped Signature Required as a courtesy- please make sure someone will be present to receive and sign for your package.

Return and Exchange Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a La Luz Boutique gift card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
If you receive the wrong item or faulty product, we will cover the return cost.
